Plan a healthy meal:

to celebrate the occasion. Choose foods that are low in sugar and carbohydrates to help maintain 

blood sugar levels.

Get active: 

Physical activity is an important part of managing diabetes. Plan an outdoor activity such 

as a walk, hike or bike ride to spend time together and get some exercise.

Have a movie night: 

Stay in and have a cozy movie night with your loved one. Snack on low-carb, 

diabetes-friendly treats and enjoy each other's company.

Celebrate with friends:
